Negotiation and settlement of rating appeals on both contractors and rentals basis on assessments covering the whole of Southern England for the Inland Revenue and across the UK for private companies and individuals.
Experienced in analysing evidence in the marketplace for use in rating negotiations and preparation of Rating Lists for the VOA.
Tribunal work has included preparing cases for landfill, landfill gas and onshore oil hereditaments.
Negotiations in pre agreeing assessments with the VOA has included work on a number of different categories but in particular Energy Recovery Plants in England, Wales and Scotland.

Assisting in the valuation and advice given on mineral bearing land associated with the Channel Tunnel Rail Link.

Preparation of valuations of mineral bearing land and negotiations to establish the appropriate value to be attributable for inheritance purposes.
